Cerdlock The Piezoelectric Fan Current fans are not the best they can be. Either they’re too loud, or they’re too expensive, they always involve a lot of energy loss (getting the blades to spin, friction in keeping the blades spinning). Personal (handheld) fans sell for a whopping price of five dollars apiece, and the batteries run out quickly, in the unlikely event that the fan manages not to break before then.
