The innovation discussed here in relates to a cost effective thermal solution for hair-oil manufacturers. The application is specific and applicable only to consumer products of low cost industry in the developing countries. Usually hair-oils and other similar type of fluids used in the cosmetics industry as well as some specific oils used in the cooking process undergo a freezing effect while kept in adverse ambient conditions. Such adverse ambient conditions are so common in developing countries where we don’t have 100% air-conditioned house utilities. So a simple but an effective way of heating up the oil is necessary and it must be cost effective and applicable to the consumer industry developing countries. Usually when oil gets frozen, the problem with the external heating is that the oil container is made up of plastics that they tend to melt during heating. The solution provided below employs a metallic pin with a head at the top, the head is aesthetically attached to the lid of the plastic container. Such a metallic head can be heated through a well-known domestic heating apparatus [micro wave oven; electric heater etc] to ensure that the heat is passed into the oil-matrix through the pins and the oil gets liquefied. The location and the count of pins is a design factor and could be altered. The innovation is simple and suits to the cost effective consumer market prevailing in the developing nations.
