The Gallagher Space Center is a new space station designed for long term space habitation for "workers"
The benefits of a spherical shape system composed of modules is that its outer perimeter is always shielding both harmful radiation from the sun while constantly converting solar energy.
The modules themselves can constantly be rearranged and be outfitted for specific purposes such as research or work, harvesting such as plants and personal care.
The arrangement of the modules in a spherical shape also allow the residents to look out of the windows and clearly observe and orientate themselves. This visual communication benefits people psychologically for long term habitation and creates a "home" center or perception of a "nest".
Modules themselves can be constructed and shipped in cylindrical rockets similar to the way "Pringle Potato Chips" are packaged.
In conclusion the spherical shape space center would provide workers waiting to "mine" a planet or researchers a natural feeling home with the perception that they themselves are a comforting "home planet" rather than the current human in a tube orientation.

What role does Andre believe product design plays in creating a better future?
As long as we do not always look for the product solution, I believe design "thinking" is the only way to efficiently resolve future complexities,
